Homemade Pasta Isn't Hard!
Perhaps nothing defines Italian cuisine better than fresh pasta, so if pasta is one of your favorite entrees, you won’t want to miss this class!
Step into PebbleCreek resident Gene Fioretti’s kitchen and learn the secrets behind his super-delicious homemade pasta. During the class, he will discuss the specifics of ingredient selection and demonstrate the mixing, rolling, cutting, drying and cooking methods he has used for more than 30 years. Afterwards, you’ll not only enjoy pasta samples, but leave with recipes and equipment lists so you can make delicious pasta in your own kitchen. Sign up, and let’s get cooking!
Fioretti is a retired cardiologist who has been teaching budding bakers how to make artisan bread for the past several years. Last year he expanded his teaching repertoire to include pasta--and that received great reviews, too!
