What’s ahead for the 2024-2025 Season?
The fall schedule is just the beginning of an exciting LLL trip season. We are bringing back some trips that have been requested to repeat, or had waiting lists and great reviews while also adding new trip opportunities.
An LLL account is required to register for trips. You can create an account on the right side of any web page and be ready to register for those trips that interest you.
Trips include a comfortable ride on a climate-controlled motor coach, admission fees, lunch (unless noted otherwise), all gratuities, as well as 2 knowledgeable, fun LLL escorts.
Up to two registrations can be purchased in one transaction per LLL user account.
2025 Trips will be announced soon. Detailed information about each new trip offered will be listed on the website. We will continue offering consistent communication throughout the season via the LLL website, the PC Post, and the LLL LifeLine e-newsletter.
The following are a few trips that will be offered in 2025:
Musical Instrument Museum:
Join the LLL trip team for an entertaining visit to the MIM. Two special tours are scheduled: a special VIP Tour and a Private Guided Tour. There will also be free time for you to explore at the MIM and the gift shop.
Rae Dawn Arabian Horse Farm:
This is no ordinary Mare Motel. LLL takes you to a 5-star Arabian horse facility in Scottsdale. LLL's Canadian hosts, Murray and Shirley Popplewell, make this tour an extraordinary Scottsdale, exciting experience. Lunch is included with the Popplewell's at the farm!
You will be able to see these award winning fillies up close and personal in the arena. Hearing from the Popplewell's about these magnificent animals, touring the stables and petting the beautiful Arabian horses makes this a 5-star trip!
Barleen's Variety Spectacular Musical Show and Lunch:
The Barleens’ cast will perform a variety of music including country, rock'n'roll, blues, boogie woogie, pop and gospel. You'll recognize your favorite songs and be amazed with their masterful musicians!
Imagine medical students “treating” realistic human-patient simulators (high-tech mannequins) that are activated to talk, sweat, breathe, cough, bleed, and emulate a variety of medical conditions. Those capabilities provide lifelike medical situations for students to practice proper procedures and to be evaluated. Come take a guided tour of this experimental high-tech, learning environment in action at The Arizona Simulation Technology and Education Center (ASTEC) on the Tucson campus of University of Arizona’s (UofA’s) Health Sciences
LLL works diligently on your behalf to arrange enjoyable trips at reasonable costs. LLL Trips seasons could not happen without the hard work of an amazing Trips Team. Trip team members give of their time to research, vet trips, plan, organize, and escort the trips.
One thing has not changed: the LLL trip team's enthusiasm to provide you with a memorable trip experience with fellow 'Creekers. Sit back, relax, enjoy a LLL day trip!
This upcoming season is going to be one of our best! We look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new participants. See you on the bus!
A very sincere thank you from the LLL Trip Team: Sue Roth, Director of Trips; Sheryl Archer, Roger Crystal, Bev Drury, Bill Fenster, Cindy Hix, Nan Lind, Kathy Nemeth, C.J. Neumann, Billie Plasker and Barbara Younker
