Do I have to be a member of LLL to attend lectures and go on trips?
NO, LifeLong Learning programs are available to all the residents of PebbleCreek. Tickets to Premier Lectures and space in classes and trips are sold in advance; order online or visit the LLL Center during office hours. For Monday Morning Lectures, show up and purchase your $5 ticket at the door of the Renaissance Theater.

How do I register?
You can register online or at the LLL Center. You will need an e-mail address. Only residents and renters can register for an account. 

Are hearing devices available for lectures and movies?
The renovated Renaissance Theater and the LLL Center have cutting edge technology to help people who have hearing loss who use a hearing aid or cochlear implant – a “hearing loop.”  The “hearing loop” is installed in the floor around the periphery of the room. When the receiver is turned on, the hearing aid receives the sounds coming directly from a microphone, not the background cacophony. (This does not work during movies.)

For those who do not wear hearing aids: LifeLong Learning has eight assisted hearing devices available for use in the theater.  

Can I bring my house guests to lectures and trips?
YES, of course. We're happy to help you entertain your guests and show them another reason that PebbleCreek is a great place to live. You can buy four tickets to any Premier lecture and register yourself and one guest for any trip or class.

Where and when can I buy tickets to the 2018 - 2019  Premier Lectures?
Ticket Sales for the 2018--2019 Premiers  begin online and in the LLL Center in the Eagle's Nest Activities Center at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1. Look at the schedule of dates and times when the LLL Center will be open. We also sell tickets in the Renaissance Theater Lobby before all Monday Morning Lectures beginning Oct. 15.

Where and when can I buy tickets to the 2018 - 2019 Cinema Society?
Memberships for the Cinema Society of PebbleCreek are now sold only by the Activities Office beginning October 2. Renewals for last season's membership holders can be done beginning Thursday, Sep. 14. Bring your lanyard, numbered membership card and cash or check made out to PCHOA. The season fee is $125.

Do you ever sell out for the lectures?
Yes, sometimes we do, so if you really want to come to a Monday Morning Lecture,you may buy tickets beginning at 9 a.m. For Premier Lectures we encourage you to buy your tickets in advance. Register for any trips or classes as soon as you make your decision to attend. As the population in PC grows, so do our audiences.

Do trips and classes ever sell out?
Yes, especially trips. As PebbleCreek grows there are more people vying for space on trips and in classes, which are limited due to the nature of the places we visit or the locale of the class. We therefore encourage you to register quickly so you can reserve your place.

How much are the tickets for the Monday Morning Lectures?
Only $5 per person. And we have a drawing for door prizes at each lecture. What a bargain!

How do I volunteer to work on the LLL team?
Call or email Jeanne Chasko, Director of Volunteers, and tell her what you are interested in doing. You'll be happy you did.
