On Tuesday, Jan. 14, 1 p.m., join Mandy Neat, Deputy Commissioner of AZ Department of Real Estate, to learn what is currently happening in the real estate markets in Arizona and how to protect yourself.
The class will cover new legislation that is in effect for buying and selling a home, the use of private contracts, how investors versus retailers play a role in today’s market and how to be protected from illegal fees charged through deception, misrepresentation or having vital information withheld in your transactions. If you foresee buying or selling a property in the near future, this is an excellent class for you.
With over 20 years experience as a real estate agent and broker, Neat has served on numerous committees with the National Association of Realtors and was a past Treasurer for the Arizona Association of Realtors.
